Get clear on what is actually limiting growth

The Strategy Intensive is a 4-hour strategy session for Christian and mission-driven leaders who need to diagnose what is creating friction, clarify the path forward, and determine whether the next right step is marketing, executive advisory, organizational development, or a combination of strategic support.

The problem may be showing up in one area, but the root may be somewhere deeper

Many leaders reach out because one part of the organization feels stuck. Marketing is not converting (or doesn’t exist). The team is busy but not aligned. The founder is carrying too much. Revenue or donations have hit a ceiling. Growth is creating more strain than momentum.

The Strategy Intensive helps identify where the pressure is showing up, what is actually causing it, and what needs to happen next.

Marketing Feels Ineffective

Your content, campaigns, messaging, or lead generation are not producing the traction you expected. You may need stronger marketing… or you may need clearer positioning, offers, internal alignment, or sales communication before marketing can work well.

Leadership Feels Stretched

You are carrying too many decisions, reacting to too many problems, or struggling to find space to think clearly. The organization may need executive-level clarity, decision support, leadership development, or a stronger operating rhythm.

The Organization Feels Stuck

You have traction, but you cannot seem to break through the next ceiling. The team is working, the mission is real, and the organization is moving… but growth feels harder than it should. You may need clearer strategy, stronger systems, leadership alignment, role clarity, financial visibility, or a more focused path for what comes next.

The Strategy Intensive is designed to diagnose the real issue before prescribing the solution.

Most leaders know something is not working. Fewer know what is actually causing it.

When growth feels stuck, it is easy to assume the answer is more content, better ads, clearer messaging, stronger leadership, a new hire, or a better plan. Sometimes one of those is the right move. But often, the visible issue is only revealing something deeper.

What you may be noticing:

  • Your message is hard to explain consistently

  • Your team is busy but not fully aligned

  • Your marketing is active but not producing the right momentum

  • Your vision is strong, but the path forward feels scattered

  • You are making decisions reactively instead of strategically

  • Growth is creating more pressure than clarity

  • You keep circling the same conversations without resolution

What may need to be addressed:

  • Leadership bottlenecks

  • Unclear priorities

  • Misaligned offers, programs, or services

  • Weak internal communication

  • Systems that cannot support the next stage of growth

  • A message that does not fully reflect the depth of the mission

  • Lack of clarity around who owns what and what comes next

Before you invest more into visibility, execution, or expansion, you need clarity on what is actually creating the lid.

Tactics will not solve a strategy problem

More content, more campaigns, more meetings, more offers, more hires, or more activity can feel productive. But if the deeper issue is unclear direction, misaligned leadership, weak systems, or a message the organization cannot consistently carry, more tactics will only add more strain.

The Strategy Intensive helps leaders step back, diagnose what is really creating friction, and clarify the strategy that should guide what gets built next.

A 4-hour strategy session for leaders who need more than ideas.

The Strategy Intensive is a focused working session designed to help your leadership identify what is really blocking momentum and what needs to happen next.

Over four hours, we walk through The Risen Project’s three-pillar diagnostic: Character, Leadership, and Communication.

Together, we examine the leader carrying the mission, the organization carrying the work, and the message carrying the mission forward.

This is not a generic brainstorming session. It is a guided diagnostic and strategy session built to create clarity, alignment, and a prioritized path forward.

This is for leaders who know something needs to change, but need clarity on what comes first

The Strategy Intensive is best for leaders and organizations who are not looking for quick tactics, but for a more honest and strategic look at what needs to be clarified, strengthened, and built.

We examine the leader, the organization, and the message

The goal is not to leave with a longer list of ideas. The goal is to identify what matters most, what is creating the most friction, and what order things need to happen in.

Pillar 1: Character

The Leader & Individuals Carrying the Mission

We begin with the person or people responsible for carrying the mission. This includes a practical look at life alignment, virtue and vice, values, and whether the leader’s actual calendar reflects what they say matters most.

This pillar helps identify where personal misalignment, fatigue, distraction, or lack of formation may be affecting the organization.

Areas We Review:

  • Life Check: faith, family, fitness, finances, friendship, fun, and fulfillment

  • Virtue and vice

  • Values and calendar alignment

Core Question: Is the leader’s life strong enough to carry the mission they are trying to build?

Pillar 2: Leadership

The Organization Carrying the Work

Next, we look at the organization itself. This includes vision, offers, ministries, services, marketing, evangelism, communications, sales, conversions, new advocates, operations, and money.

This pillar helps identify where the organization is healthy, where it is functional but strained, and where dysfunction may be limiting growth.

Areas We Review:

  • Vision

  • Products, ministries, and/or services

  • Marketing, evangelism, and/or communications

  • Sales, conversions, and/or new advocates

  • Operations

  • Money, including cash flow, income, budget, donations, and financial alignment

Core Question: Is the organization aligned and healthy enough to support the growth it is asking for?

Pillar 3: Communication

The Message Carrying the Mission

Finally, we look at how the mission is being communicated. This includes a messaging workshop based on StoryBrand principles and an evaluation of your current calendar, campaigns, and communication rhythm.

This pillar helps identify whether your message is clear, your campaigns are aligned, and your communication is helping people understand what you do, why it matters, and what step to take next.

Areas We Review:

  • Core messaging

  • Audience clarity

  • StoryBrand-based message structure

  • Calendar and campaign alignment

  • Communication rhythm

  • Marketing and content direction

Core Question: Can the people you are called to serve quickly understand what you do, why it matters, and what step to take next?

How It Works

  • Step 1: Apply

Submit a short application so we can understand your organization, current goals, challenges, and whether the Strategy Intensive is the right fit.

If aligned, we will send payment, scheduling details, and pre-session questions so you can come prepared.

  • Step 2: Clarify

During the 4-hour intensive, we walk through TRP’s three-pillar diagnostic: Character, Leadership, and Communication.

Together, we identify what is working, what is not, where the greatest friction exists, and what needs to be clarified first.

  • Step 3: Move Forward

After the session, you receive an executive summary and Strategic Growth Plan with recommended next steps.

If ongoing support makes sense, the plan may include a proposed path for how TRP can help you implement what was uncovered.
