Helping you build what lasts
discipleship | leadership | communications
Growth Hits Lids
Burnout. Mission drift. Mental gridlock.
It happens when pressure rises and alignment slips.
This can happen at home, in the work place, anywhere… and we see it all the time.
It almost always happens when pressure rises and alignment slips.
The Risen Project helps ministries and Kingdom-minded leaders/organizations rebuild the foundation:
discipleship, leadership, and communication working together.
So you can build what lasts.
The 3 Pillars:
Discipleship. Leadership. Communications.
One aligned approach to help Kingdom-minded organizations build what lasts with integrity and purpose
so the mission scales without mission drift, burnout, or losing trust.
Pillar I:
Discipleship
A mission that lasts starts with a leader worth following.
Christ-like character is the foundation of any a christian leader. Discipleship, emotional intelligence, healthier rhythms, and the ability to face conflict with integrity so you can be a person of conviction and strength.
Pillar II:
Leadership
Vision, strategy, trust, team health and performance.
We help you sharpen vision, clarify priorities, discern strategy, and build a culture of trust and accountability so the organization stops drifting away from its mission and your team can perform at a high level.
Pillar III:
Communications
Get the word out in a way that matches who you are.
Communication is how alignment scales. Ministry and marketplace both must have a clear message and build consistent communication systems (internal communications, marketing, event strategy, etc.) so your external presence reflects the internal vision.

Joshua and Lisa Delp started dating in 2020, right when the world shut down because of the pandemic. Joshua was a community pastor at the time and Lisa was a marketing and events coordinator. As you can imagine, their worlds shifted during that time.
Joshua began coaching on the side and Lisa launched her marketing agency. Soon after they were married, they were blessed with “The Good Christian Blog,” which reaches over 150k people annually now.
Separately, they all did great work, but after much prayer and many convos, they realized it made sense to bring them all under one roof.
Enter: The Risen Project
By bringing all three organizations together, they are now able to serve the whole ecosystem, building you (and your organization) into an integrous and authentic ecosystem that will last the test of time.
We’re built on Kingdom principles and we know we can make you built to last, if you’re ready.
